Welcome to the My Beauty of Imperfection weekly meal plan! I am so glad you could stop by and check out my weekly round up of menu ideas that are quick, easy and suitable for the whole family! You know those weeks when you really just want to take it easy with food. Well that is one of those weeks for me. Hubby is away so I am only cooking for Little R and I and of course Little R is so random with dinner time half of the time there isn’t a lot of point in trying to do too much with dinner.
I still really enjoy cooking though and of course good food! So I like to take some time to make proper meals even when it is just Little R and I. Next week we have our first round of visitors coming from Australia, we have many more on their way through the summer. So I am getting very excited about showing them around and seeing more of Ontario with them! Also just quietly… I am hoping to have easy access to some free baby sitting so hubby and I might be able to head out on a few more date nights!
So in honour of keeping it simple, here is what we will be eating next week at the My Beauty of Imperfection household!
Sunday: Pancakes – add in some vanilla and serve it up with some raspberries
Monday: Toast with ricotta, raspberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Tuesday: Toasted muesli/granola with yogurt and blueberries
Wednesday: Toast with ricotta, raspberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Thursday: Toasted muesli/granola with yogurt and blueberries
Friday: Toast with ricotta, raspberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Saturday: Breakfast egg muffins
Sunday: Slow cooker Mongolian beef
Monday: Lo mein noodles
Tuesday: Chicken avocado burrito wraps
Wednesday: Beef stroganoff
Thursday: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich and salad – Spread butter on outside of bread, add ham and cheese to the middle, cook on medium heat in fry pan until each side of bread is brown and cheese is melted!
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals 🙂
