Hi There! Welcome back to My Beauty of Imperfection’s Weekly Menu Plan! Firstly, I should apologize for my unexplained absence. I have unfortunately had a few health issues the last few months and had to take some time out for myself. I am feeling better now and wanted to get the Weekly Menu Plan’s back up and running for ya’ll!
This weekend is the Canada Day Long weekend so for us lucky people living in Canada our long weekend kicks off tomorrow! Which means a weekend of fun, food and BBQ’s!

Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – add in some vanilla to the mixture and serve with some maple syrup and your fav fruit.
Monday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Tuesday: Overnight oats – a favourite of mine! Sooooo easy and sooooo delicious!
Wednesday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Thursday: Overnight oats – a favourite of mine! Sooooo easy and sooooo delicious!
Friday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Saturday: Scrambled eggs with wholewheat toast – For 2 people, whisk together 3 eggs with a dash of milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat up the fry pan with a dash of olive oil, add the egg mixture, stir frequently add in the cheese (optional). While the eggs are cooking, make your toast! Voila!
Sunday: Classic Bacon Cheeseburger with a simple side salad of your choice and grilled corn on the cob! Yeah it’s the end of a long weekend… A BBQ is really a must!
Monday: Veggie black bean enchiladas – I love this recipe for my meatless Monday inspiration. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Tuesday: Sweet Chilli Salmon – Served with some brown rice and asparagus.
Wednesday: Steak and Salad – I like to keep this simple, your favourite steak seasoned with a little salt and pepper cooked in a saucepan with olive oil over medium heat. Turn once and cook to your liking. Served up with a simple salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta. Drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
Thursday: Chicken Parmesan – served with pasta and extra tomato sauce. Add in a little side salad similar to last night to get those veggies in!
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
