Welcome back for another Weekly Menu Plan! This week we are trying to keep things pretty simple for you all as usual and have some fresh and delicious meal ideas!

Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – I like to add some vanilla to the pancake mixture and why not serve up with a dollop of yoghurt, strawberries and drizzle with some maple syrup.
Monday: Wholewheat/Grain toast with almond (or peanut) butter and sliced strawberries.
Tuesday: Blueberry Chai Oatmeal – I know it’s summer but well I love oatmeal any time of year!
Wednesday: Wholewheat toast/Grain with almond (or peanut) butter and sliced strawberries.
Thursday: Blueberry Chai Oatmeal – I know it’s summer but well I love oatmeal any time of year!
Friday: Wholewheat/Grain toast with almond (or peanut) butter and sliced strawberries.
Saturday: Hot Ham and Swiss Croissant – Who doesn’t love a croissant topped with melted cheese and ham! Enjoy!
Sunday: Pumpkin Soup – Probably not the most summer friendly meal, but hey my daughter loves soup so she is getting some soup!
Monday: Zucchini Fritters and side salad – with a side salad of spinach, feta, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Drizzled with olive oil and lemon. If you are up for the challenge, why not make a double batch and freeze some for a future easy weeknight meal?!?
Tuesday: Parmesan Garlic Crumbed Fish – with a side salad of spinach, feta, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
Wednesday: Chicken and Avocado Caesar Salad – the perfect summer meal!
Thursday: Beef & Cashew Stir Fry – served up with some rice or quinoa.
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
