Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – add in some vanilla to the mixture and serve with some maple syrup and your fav fruit.
Monday: Peanut butter baked oatmeal – I exclude nutmeg so add it in if your a lover! I am not gluten of vegan, so you will see on the shopping list I have replaced gluten free rolled oats with rolled oats and almond milk with regular milk. Make enough to last for breakfast for 3 days! Serve with strawberries
Tuesday: Scrambled eggs with wholewheat toast – For 2 people, whisk together 3 eggs with a dash of milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat up the fry pan with a dash of olive oil, add the egg mixture, stir frequently add in the cheese (optional). While the eggs are cooking, make your toast!
Wednesday: Peanut butter baked oatmeal
Thursday: Scrambled eggs with wholewheat toast – For 2 people, whisk together 3 eggs with a dash of milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat up the fry pan with a dash of olive oil, add the egg mixture, stir frequently add in the cheese (optional). While the eggs are cooking, make your toast!
Friday: Peanut butter baked oatmeal
Saturday: Fried eggs with bacon and avocado – self explanatory, fry up some eggs with a little oil, cook your bacon and drain it on some paper towel and cut up your avocado. Very yummy and very delicious!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore – Served with spaghetti.
Monday: Chana Masala – I featured this recipe a few weeks ago, but it is that good and that simple that you will want to have it again… and soon.
Tuesday: Chicken Fajita Quesadillas.
Wednesday: Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta.
Thursday: Steak and Salad – I like to keep this simple, your favourite steak seasoned with a little salt and pepper cooked in a saucepan with olive oil over medium heat. Turn once and cook to your liking. Served up with a simple salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta. Drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
