Welcome back to the fifth Weekly Menu Plan of 2017! We have a great variety of tasty dishes for you this week. I am actually getting hungry just typing this, which must mean it’s good! This week I am going for a bit of a meatless Monday and taco tuesday theme, so I hope you enjoy it!
As a bit of a snack this week, I will be making up these Lemon Raspberry Muffins by Cookie and Kate, fingers crossed they last the whole week!

Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – add in some vanilla to the mixture and serve with some maple syrup and your fav fruit.
Monday: Overnight oats – a favourite of mine! Sooooo easy and sooooo delicious!
Tuesday: Wholewheat toast with almond (or peanut) butter and sliced strawberries.
Wednesday: Overnight oats – a favourite of mine! Sooooo easy and sooooo delicious!
Thursday: Wholewheat toast with almond (or peanut) butter and sliced strawberries.
Friday: Overnight oats – a favourite of mine! Sooooo easy and sooooo delicious!
Saturday: Hot Ham and Swiss Croissant – Who doesn’t love a croissant topped with melted cheese and ham! Enjoy!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Beef and Potato Chunky Stew – serve with your choice of rice, bread and/or steamed green vegetables.
Monday: Tuna Cakes – served with a simple salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes, feta and red onion drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Tuesday: Beef fajitas.
Wednesday: Oven Roasted Pork with Sweet Potato and Pear.
Thursday: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich and salad – Spread butter on outside of bread, add ham and cheese to the middle, cook on medium heat in fry pan until each side of bread is brown and cheese is melted!
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
