Welcome friends to our weekly menu plan! Each week I create a weekly menu plan full of breakfast and dinner inspiration that is mostly healthy and full of quick and yummy meal ideas suitable for the whole family. All meal ideas include clickable links to recipe’s sourced from my fav food bloggers!
I am always on a mission to improve my meal planning strategy, so you might notice a few differences in the menu plan’s I have been posting these last few weeks. Firstly, I am starting to do my menu plan’s at the beginning of the month for the month ahead. I am also trying to include a few more non recipe meal ideas and finally I am doubling up the menu plans so that for each month the same menu will appear twice. These changes are being made to make it easier to stick to the meal plan. I have been finding by constantly including new dinner meals, it gets hard making a new recipe constantly. So I am trying to make things a bit simpler. As always, I will continue to include popular recipe’s so if you have a favourite be sure to let me know so I can include it again!

Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – add in some vanilla to the mixture and serve with some banana and yoghurt.
Monday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Tuesday: Overnight oats – a favourite of mine! Sooooo easy and sooooo delicious!
Wednesday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Thursday: Overnight oats – a favourite of mine! Sooooo easy and sooooo delicious!
Friday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Saturday: Scrambled eggs with wholewheat toast – For 2 people, whisk together 3 eggs with a dash of milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat up the fry pan with a dash of olive oil, add the egg mixture, stir frequently add in the cheese (optional). While the eggs are cooking, make your toast! Voila!
Sunday: Classic Bacon Cheeseburger with a simple side salad of your choice and grilled corn on the cob!
Monday: Veggie black bean enchiladas – I love this recipe for my meatless Monday inspiration. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Tuesday: Sweet Chilli Salmon – Served with some brown rice and asparagus.
Wednesday: Steak and Salad – I like to keep this simple, your favourite steak seasoned with a little salt and pepper cooked in a saucepan with olive oil over medium heat. Turn once and cook to your liking. Served up with a simple salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta. Drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
Thursday: Chicken Parmesan – served with pasta and extra tomato sauce. Add in a little side salad similar to last night to get those veggies in!
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
