Welcome back to week twelve of the weekly menu plan’s!

Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – served with maple syrup and fresh berries.
Monday: Muesli with natural greek yoghurt and raspberries. This is a great grain free muesli if your trying to lower your carbs.
Tuesday: Baked ham and egg cups – make enough for the rest of the week and a freezer stash for those times you need a quick and easy brekky on the go.
Wednesday: Fried eggs with avocado and a slice of bacon if your short on time try some toast with smashed avocado with a drizzle of lime.
Thursday: Baked ham and egg cups.
Friday: Muesli with natural greek yoghurt and raspberries.
Saturday: Fried eggs with avocado and a slice of bacon.
Sunday: Pizza – taking the night off from roasts and having a little pizza indulgence instead. My favourite pizza dough recipe is this recipe by Jamie Oliver if your after a grain free option this one is pretty good! Top with pizza sauce and your favourite toppings.
Monday: Barbecued Halibut – Served with grilled asparagus plus avocado and spinach drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.
Tuesday: Chicken mozzarella – Served with a simple salad of baby spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Wednesday: Beef and Zucchini Lasagne or traditional lasagne – Served with a simple salad of baby spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes and feta cheese drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Thursday: Steak with Creamy Mushroom Sauce – Served up with some steamed broccolini, carrot and zucchini.
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
