Welcome to our first post fire meal plan! I am very excited to finally feel organized enough that I can start to publish these again.
I hope that you enjoy this collection of simple but delicious, family friendly meals I have gathered for you this week! As it is now officially Fall here in Canada I am oh so excited to be getting more into some yummy comfort food and breaking out the slow cooker more often!

Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – Add in some vanilla to the mixture and serve with some maple syrup and your fav fruit.
Monday: Peanut butter baked oatmeal – I exclude nutmeg so add it in if your a lover! I am not gluten of vegan, so you will see on the shopping list I have replaced gluten free rolled oats with rolled oats and almond milk with regular milk. MAKE ENOUGH FOR WEDNESDAYS BREAKFAST! Serve with strawberries
Tuesday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Wednesday: Peanut butter baked oatmeal
Thursday: Toast with avocado – topped with some salt pepper and a squeeze of lime.
Friday: Granola with some yoghurt, milk and topped with berries
Saturday: Hot Ham and Swiss Croissant – Who doesn’t love a croissant topped with melted cheese and ham! Enjoy!
Sunday: Parmesan Garlic Crumbed Fish – with a side salad of spinach, feta, cherry tomatoes and red onion. Drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
Monday: Veggie Black Bean Enchiladas – served with some guacamole and sour cream, with a side salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
Tuesday: Beef Teriyaki and Vegetables – served with your choice of rice
Wednesday: Thai chicken lettuce wraps
Thursday: Steak and Salad – I like to keep this simple, your favourite steak seasoned with a little salt and pepper cooked in a saucepan with olive oil over medium heat. Turn once and cook to your liking. Served up with a simple salad of spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion and feta. Drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
