Welcome to the second weekly menu plan of 2017!
I hope 2017 is treating you well so far. As I have been going through these weekly meal plan’s I have been gradually figuring out some recipe’s that work really well for my family and I and you will probably notice some of my favourites start to make a consistent appearance. While I love variety in my weekly menu’s I also feel it is important to become familiar with some dishes to make it easier to know what ingredients to have on hand, the prep time and even just not having to learn a new recipe every night. So I hope that my favourites also become your families favourites and you continue to enjoy these weekly menu ideas!

Weekly Menu Plan
Sunday: Pancakes – add in some vanilla to the mixture and serve with some maple syrup and your fav fruit.
Monday: Blueberry Chai Oatmeal – Delicious and healthy! I have popped this one in on 3 days so if your up to it a big batch!
Tuesday: Wholegrain toast with peanut or almond butter, sliced bananas and sprinkled chai seeds
Wednesday: Blueberry Chai Oatmeal
Thursday: Wholegrain toast with peanut or almond butter, sliced bananas and sprinkled chai seeds
Friday: Blueberry Chai Oatmeal
Saturday: Poached Egg and Avocado Toast – Enjoy!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Butter Chicken – Served with some steamed broccoli and green beans
Monday: Sweet Chilli Salmon –
Tuesday: Steak Fajitas – Served with some sour cream, avocado and salsa!
Wednesday: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich and salad – Spread butter on outside of bread, add ham and cheese to the middle, cook on medium heat in fry pan until each side of bread is brown and cheese is melted!
Thursday: Spaghetti Carbonara – Served with brocollini
Friday & Saturday: Take the night off, enjoy leftovers or if your like me some of your fav takeout meals
